His network consistently delivers high-quality on and off-market opportunities aligned with the firm’s land development investment strategy.

Prior to joining OVC, Christian served as a multifamily investment advisor at Marcus & Millichap, the nation’s largest investment sales brokerage. After five years in multifamily advisory, he transitioned into land investment advisory within Marcus & Millichap’s IPA division. During his tenure, he's advised in over $350 million in CRE transactions.

Christian’s family’s longstanding involvement in institutional multifamily development, along with his continued collaboration with the IPA team, provides him with unique access to both hyperlocal and broader multifamily market data and trends – further informing decision-making and giving the firm and its partners a strategic edge in identifying and executing high-conviction opportunities.
