As Founder and Managing Partner of Oak Valley Capital, Joe serves as the primary executive across portfolio operations, value creation, and strategic growth initiatives. He (and OVC leadership) partner closely with OpCo-level management to drive operational excellence, scalable systems, and disciplined execution across acquisitions and post-close integration. Joe sets the firm’s strategic direction and retains oversight of capital relationships, deal execution, and portfolio performance.

Joe’s career is marked by notable achievements, including his service as a Marine Corps combat veteran and his success in real estate. From 2015 to 2019, he invested in and sold residential properties before advancing to commercial brokerage at Marcus & Millichap, where he advised institutions and private clients on the acquisition and disposition of hotels. His responsibilities included underwriting and analysis, negotiations, structuring and restructuring debt and equity, and developing strategies to drive value creation across client portfolios.

Today, at Oak Valley Capital, Joe applies this expertise to bridge the firm’s vision with operational execution, driving sustainable, long-term value for investors.
