As Founder and Managing Partner, Joseph guides the company’s strategic direction, fosters pivotal debt and equity relationships, and oversees the financial and operational performance of the company’s portfolio.

Joseph’s career is marked by notable achievements, including his service as a Marine Corps combat veteran and his success in real estate. From 2015 to 2019, he invested in and sold residential properties before advancing to commercial brokerage at Marcus & Millichap, where he advised institutional owners and private clients on the acquisition and disposition of hotels. His responsibilities included underwriting and analysis, negotiations, structuring and restructuring debt and equity, and developing strategies to drive value creation in client portfolios.

Today, at Oak Valley Capital, Joseph applies this expertise to bridge OVC’s vision with operational execution—driving sustainable, long-term value for investors.

Beyond business, Joseph values time with his family and friends. He is also committed to activities that reflect his commitment to discipline, endurance, and personal growth, including active involvement in leadership groups, executive education courses, and a regimented fitness routine of weight-lifting, cardio, and outdoor activities.
